The FOCAL Monitor is a module which helps managers to monitor tasks and to send reminders when delegated tasks need to be completed according to plans.

FOCAL Monitor is a background application that can be configured to monitor any field in all kinds of Lotus Notes documents and applications and send standardized or specialized texts via email to persons responsible.

FOCAL Monitor can e.g. monitor dates so when a contract is to expire it sends a reminder via e-mail to the employees responsible for each contract.

This module handles monitoring tasks from all kinds of application and reminds its users to fulfil delegated tasks. Steps involve choosing applications to be monitored, conditions to monitor and configuration of email alerts. After the installation the application monitors selected applications and reminds its user about tasks that have to be completed.
